Hi there! I earned my Master’s in Journalism from Northwestern University in Chicago. My biggest passion lies in multimedia storytelling that sparks connection and inspires action. From behind the camera to on the stage, I’m all about telling stories that matter—especially when it comes to mental health. I’m on a mission to raise awareness, particularly in the entertainment and athletic worlds, where mental health often takes a backseat.

I thrive at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, bringing projects to life through writing, design, and content creation. I aim to create work that connects people, sparks engagement, and makes ideas stick. 🌟

Some fun facts about me:

• I grew up performing with StarStruck Theatre, a youth musical theatre group (I now help with their social media and events, and it’s been an honor to come full circle!). Musical theatre lights me up and keeps me connected to my community. I’m grateful to now be part of the Royal Theater Academy and to have the opportunity to perform with other professional regional groups around the Bay Area.

• I am an avid rock climber, and I climbed competitively in high school and college! Now I coach the youth beginner teams at my home gym, and I absolutely love teaching kids how to climb.

• I am a huge outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing and stand-up paddle-boarding. I love to be outside and go on outdoor adventures! One of my dreams is to visit every national park.

• I love banana bread and I always make sure we have ripe bananas around.
